Frank grew up in a large and loving family with 11 siblings on Fulton Ranch, South of Las Animas. He married his soul mate, Christina Ward, on May 19, 1984. Frank and Christina celebrated 32 years of marriage. Together, they raised seven children. Frank was dedicated to agriculture, working in this area for 31 years before retiring. He enjoyed working in his yard with his flowers and fruit trees. Frank took great pleasure in spending time with his wife, children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. Frank and Christina held Sunday family dinners, where Frank adored seeing his family together. He was devoted to watching his grandchildren and great grandchildren grow. His ornery, good-natured attitude brought many laughs, smiles, and silly jokes to all who knew him.
